The 11th Apopka Fair will be located at the Kit Land Nelson Park, between Park Avenue, Orange Street and First Street (See Map).

ADMISSION TO THE FAIR IS FREE!
$5 Parking Fee per vehicle
CITY ORDINANCE PROHIBITS ANIMALS ON THE PROPERTY.
Crafters, vendors, food, Classic car show, carnival and fun for the whole family.
Ride prices are set by the carnival and the Fair has no control over the cost.
THE FAIR COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR REMOVE ANY CRAFTER/VENDOR/FOOD VENDOR IF THEY ARE DEEMED UNWHOLESOME, FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT OR ANY OTHER NECESSARY REASON.
Craft/Vendor spaces are available for $125.00 Each space is 10’ x 10’.
There are premium sites available for $300.00. Each space is 10’x 10’.
You will need to supply your own canopies, tables, chairs, lights, etc. The Fair is not responsible for your items or belongings on property. Vendors are required to keep their space free of trash, paper and refuse and to dispose of said items. You will be given one parking pass with your application. Your canopy/tent must stay within the 10’ x 10’ space (including your tent stakes). Food Vendors spaces are currently $400.00 Each space is 10’ x 20’. Each vendor must be approved on an individual basis depending on the food items that you would like to sell. You can only sell approved items. You must submit proof of insurance. See the Vendors page for specifics on application.
There are hotels/motels within 15 miles of the park. A list will be provided upon request.
